What do I do with the paint bucket!?

There's no walkthroughs since this game only came out today, but I'm stuck tryring to enter the dorm. I turned on the sprinkler to get Victoria out of the way but that's not enough apparently. It keeps directing me to a paint bucket hanging from the scaffold but I have no idea what to do with it. Please help <3

Hahaa I got stuck on the exact opposite problem - got the paint bucket, missed the sprinklers!

Took me a little while to work it out. I'm glad I "look"ed at the sprinklers. Figuring out I could get into the shed with the water controls was the other half of the magic juice.

TL;DR: Fiddle with paint bucket while old guy's still raking leaves. Run (not walk) into the shed with the water controls. Turn up the water. Watch the fun. Then rag on Victoria or treat her decently. Not that she exactly deserves decency.
