I would have never have figured this out, thanks lad, you've saved me a lot of frustration.
C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Life Is Strange\Engine\Config (or wherever you do your installs), edit BaseEngine.ini and change
AllowJoystickInput=1
to
AllowJoystickInput=0
If you have a controller, you can play with it. There you can use the buttons to select the interactions.
I dont think ur stupid...lots of ppl seem to think the same...its the developers who doesnt know how make simple mechanics work according to how the average gamer behaves....
