'Clngy' is one thing; Warren is pushy, though (and creepy in the process). He needs to stay as far away from Max as possible.

I guess if you find the person attractive what they do is awesome, otherwise creepy.

I just think Warren is bit weird, but a nice guy. Though I might suck at reading people, so maybe he does have a scarier side or something. Have to see, but still rooting for him. :D

Chloe is very clingy, but has every right to be, after she lost both her best friend and dad around the same time. Warren, otoh, just wants to get laid, and appears unwilling to take no for an answer (= creepy). He did take a beating for her, but was quick enough to try and 'cash in' on the event (aka, ask for a date).

Warren just strikes me as hopelessly awkward. Chloe broken and desperate not to loose again.
It'd depend on the situation but almost certainly Chloe, because she needs a friend more than he needs a girlfriend.
Also she;s hotter.

About Chloe... I didn't play Ep 3 yet, but that lady is trouble. I get her, okay. She got trust issues and think everybody will eventually dump her... Problem is, she's just so freaking annoying and such a nuisance that I can't wait to dump her again. She's attention-seeking, extremely needy, possessive, whiny and selfish (YES Chloe, I WILL take this call from my very obviously suicidal dormmate who've been drugged and ***** while somebody taped it and put it on the Internet, but PLEASE keep whining about how you HAVE to be the center of my whole universe and how I should keep my eyes on you at ALL times!). Funny thing is, that specific call only lasted 30 seconds and she ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it anyway, playing the guilt game with me, my so-called friend. F you, Chloe.
Through Episode 2, she treated Maxine as her toy, quite visibly hurting her in the process and she didn't give a rat's ass about it, because she was apparently having too much fun. Speaking of that, shooting random crap with a gun (another toy) you stole from your stepdad is a bad idea. Such a bad idea in fact that that donkey actually manages to shoot herself in the chest when she takes random shots at the car... So that means, including the "incident" with the train (how do you even stuck yourself like that??!), that my Maxine ended up saving her life three times in two episodes... Also, what's her deal with "Hey Max, go find me 5 empty bottles while I'll wait here, sitting on my ass and drinking booze"? I hated that part, both gameplay-wise and story-wise, it was frustrating. Ugh.
Also, Max almost had to shoot a human being because of the situation she put her in. As Max said... "not cool".
Now hear me out, I'm not saying Chloe is evil, but she's too self-centered right now (she's 19 and can still change) and has apparently took every wrong turn she could in her life since her dad died. She's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up in too many ways. There's no way she can have a good influence on me/Maxine. Hell, she was just way too happy to blame poor me for her drug abuse in front of her stepdad (who just happens to be the security chief at my school, thanks Chloe, truly my BFF...).
I won't take her given the choice, no way. I believe that she's nothing like the person Max remembers fondly, she changed too much and for the worse. Maxine's friend is just gone. Maybe in a few years, if she manages to stay alive this long and stay out of trouble, she will be able to change for the better, but now: hell no girl.
Also, I have a hunch that Rachel isn't dead and what Chloe ultimately wants, outside of all powerful game mechanics, is Rachel.

You seem to have pretty twisted understanding of how human mind works. Or then you're one of those 'get over it'-people, who have no understanding what does it feel being depressed and in trouble with your life. Did you happen to notice that there are some really strong antidepressants in the bathroom of Chloe's house? I don't really believe those would be for David or Joyce, so figure out the rest yourself. Overall, your post is just amazingly disgusting of how you seem to have no idea what you're talking about
