Deleting the names of the Vortex Club Party list

I was wondering, what does deleting the name of the Vortex Club Party list do? When I was at the Vortex Club Party, I noticed no difference if I had deleted it or not. And whose name did I deleted?

The only difference is theres a guy standing at the curtain complaining that he was on the list.

I didn't notice a difference at the party when I played both versions of that "choice."

I thought three names were deleted, not just one.

Never really understood this anyway, really. As if Courtney would need a list to remember who's invited or not. If that were the case, Max would have simply added her own name herself, and got it over with.
