Deliver the Jefferson to the police or kill him?

After getting out of Darkroom and rewind to resurrect Chloe, if the game gives the option to kill the Jefferson (revenge for girls who he kidnapped and killed) or deliver it to the police (go straight to the police station), which would you choose and why?

This is my ep 5 solution

Max should wait for the drug to wear off even if it means Mr. Creeperson duct tapes her into a position. Once it does she plays dead and rewinds to the moment in the class of her vision of the Tornado, one needs time to plan to a counterattack.

Meanwhile, she submits her photo to Jefferson for the everyday heroes contest. Obviously she reports Nathan to Wells this time around after she saves Chloe. When she is up in Chloe’s room and after she gets the replacement camera and explains things to Chloe. When Chloe watches David do what Max said he would do. Max then talks to David tells him about his recon intelligence and where to find the burner phone in Nathan’s dorm and the picture of Chloe drugged out. If you didn’t kick David out of the house you would have learned what his motives are. Of course you have to tell David not to go to the police just yet because you need hard evidence from the rape cave. Now you also have to get Frank’s ledge and code book again because I doubt she would have those things on her because of the timing of the rewind. You go inside the rape cave and take pictures of everything including the notes and letters. David is bound to have some surveillance equipment that could be used to gain video or audio of Jefferson, Nathan, Sean Prescott, and principal Wells inside it discussing anything related to what they are doing.

Now the connection with Wells and the whisky bottles is a little bit loose and might be a red herring, but he does have all the access to the student files and can approve those girls that the group likes to take. Now if you can’t catch them in the act you have to set a trap. Max has to be the bait because Mr. Creeperson will not be able to resist her. When they can get Jefferson alone they grab him and David convinces Jefferson to disclose everything. Max then goes back in time before it all started and stops those involved before any of it gets off the ground, using the cop in the diner that made the deal with Sean Prescott. However, that may not exactly work because there are a lot binders of girls and it might have started in a big city like SF anyways. Max goes then goes back to the present to a new reality. Max, Chloe, and Rachel go off into the sunset together.

If he turns out to be acting of his own free will, and has no justification for his actions besides that he enjoyed doing them, I say kill him, but only if Max can do it in such a way that she can get away with it. Otherwise he's not worth it.

If there's no body it's hard to prove there was a crime.

How to get rid of the body, then, and how to do the murder? Could shoot him with his own gun, but even if Max wore gloves I'd still be paranoid about her having contact with police before getting the chance to clean up and them finding gunpowder residue on her hand/arm.

There was an episode of elementary that explained how to. GSR can be cleaned off, best to use gloves though anyways.

Too bad Arcadia Bay isn't in the Cascade Mountains with a huge cliff for Jefferson to "accidentally" fall off of

That depends. If I looked at the pictures he took of Rachel and Kate 10 minutes before you ask me this, I'd go for the kill, with a rusty saw. If I haven't seen them for a while, I'd probably take him to the police. But not after tying him up like he did to Kate and Rachel and kicking him in the nuts a few times first... I don't care if I get arrested too, I want him to feel pain for what he did! Yes im a bit of a psycho myself, but! I try to do it with the right cause <3

Well.......the right thing to do would be to turn him in to the police. I'm pretty sure that Jefferson will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Haha, Dana and Juliet rock! If we do meet Rachel that'll be cool. it'll be even more super cool if she has the rewind/fast forward ability/OR Max IS Rachel. i don't know, i'm tossing ideas out there. Chaos Theory moar plz .
