Ep. 4 spoilers!!!!!! - how not to hurt a character

Hi guys,
I wanted the title not to be too revealing. My question concerns Frank. I have tried multiple times not to hurt him, but in episode 4 he is either hurt or killed by Chloe. I'd love not to hurt him, since I feel he's a good guy. What choices to I have to make in previous episodes in order not to hurt him or kill him and his poor dog?

Things that will help:
1. You don't know his dogs name (indication you were in this van)
2. You don't know about any letter from Rachel (again indication you were in his van)
3. And don't call him "man", he's not your pal.
4. Be generally respectful

Most likely stealing the money from the school to pay him off.. Dunno yet though but I plan on doing that just to see.. I was not happy when Chloe shot him and his dog >.<

Yeah, I did all that stuff, but unluckily Chloe had a gun and I had to tell her not to use her weapon, not to watch her mouth. I said all the right stuff, but he still freaked out after Chloe's words and got hurt with a knife eventually... Should I get rid of the gun by altering my choices?

I've told Chloe to watch her mouth and also replied "Sorry", "Dog rescue" and "Rachel photo". I can't remember the others.

I told Chloe to get rid of the gun (in my gameplay she has the gun), and just don't let him know you went to his RV. Talk about the dog rescue (or tell him you like dogs, do not mention pompidou's name), then say he knew Rachel better than you, or talk about the photo (NOT the letter)... I think that's how it went, and then he gives you the list. I did have to rewind a few times to get it right though.

I've heard there's no way for you to make Victoria believe you if you took a photo of her covered in paint. Damn. I believe it's going to be very important in the last episode - your relationship with her, Nathan and David. Do you agree? I'm kinda contemplating starting another gameplay... I've been so mean to Madsen, Nathan and Victoria...

i tried so many times ,but finally i gave up ,gave him the money and tried to be very gentle ,he always got his rage on ,chloe wounded him with a knife ,that's fine :)
