Chloe could have been paralyzed by Nathan
Spoilers.
I'm not sure if anyone has picked up on this, I'd assume so.
At the start of episode 4, Chloe tells Max about her car accident. She says "Some prick in an SUV cut me off and I flew into a ditch."
Later in the episode, when Max is putting clues together, whrn she looks at the picture David took of Nathan driving she says; "Of course, Nathan would drive an SUV. Overcompensating as usual."
This means Nathan could have been the "prick in the SUV" Chloe was talking about. We were never given a name, presumably because the Prescott family used their money to their advantage.
Although when Max changed time, to keep William alive, she changed a lot with that, so Nathan might not even drive the same vehicle.
But this theory also would make sense, as Nathan would almost kill Chloe in both versions of her life, (With the gun in the bathroom, or the car accident). And I doubt any amount of Max's rewind power could change Nathan from being the self-centred, rage-filled ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ he is.
What do you guys think?

Also your title has some serious spoilers bro

So I wasn't the only one confused by that? LOL

I was sitting there thinking "what SUV? That's a truck, Max!" :p

Nice theory. But you're hopping from Max mis-labeling the car-type, to Chloe making the exact same mistake, all in one breath. :) Not likely. Max is just a super-cute hipster, who doesn't know cars; Chloe, however, probably does: especially since the car-type would have come up numerous times in Police/insurance reports and such.

But this theory also would make sense, as Nathan would almost kill Chloe in both versions of her life, (With the gun in the bathroom, or the car accident). And I doubt any amount of Max's rewind power could change Nathan from being the self-centred, rage-filled ??????? he is.

I think you're forgetting that, in this timeline, Nathan has no beef with Chloe at all (she's not the blue-haired rebel trying to blackmail him, in this reality). In fact, Nathan is friends with Max even. (Sic!) Reading her SMS-es, in 'wheelchair' reality, you can even find a convo like:

Nathan: "N- Yo yo Max, u Around?"
Max: "In the dark room, developing shots for the contest."
Nathan: "Sweeet, so no Two Whales for U"

Well, fair enough, I don't know cars either, I wasn't even aware Max mis-labeled the car. Keeping in mind paralyzed Chloe isn't the blue haired punk rocker bad girl Chloe in the rest of the story, so might not know her cars either.
Nathan doesn't have any reason to hate Chloe in that timeline, no, but who says he meant to hit her? Could be pure coincidence.

so. someone has to have beef with someone else to be involved in a car crash with them? Excellent logic.

They do if they're called Nathan. ;) Otherwise it would just be a ridiculously silly coincidence, that of all ppl in town, it would just happen to be Nathan.

It's not that silly of a coincidence, you hear the "Prescott" family name a lot more often than you hear other characters in town.
Even if it wasn't a coincidence, Nathan being Nathan, could be having one of his crazy freak outs in his car, possibly not paying attention, or maybe just getting mad at the random car in his view (Which happens to be Chloe's).
