[SPOILER ALERT] Dark Room: Beat Nathan or interrupt the fight?
Although I have already decided (I chose to break it up - Nathar or not, we are still the humans, right?), I am thinking about it all the time?

Did I chose right? Wasn't leaving Nathan unbeaten a mistake? Should I stoop on Nathan's level or keep a strip of humanity left in me and stop Warren? And what about Nathan's gun if I leave Warren to keep punching? Etc. Etc....

Please Help me. What is the better decision?

1. Listen to call of humanity and stop Warren from becoming a total berserk :steammocking:
---OR---
2. Leave the nerd to punch Nathan until he cries. :steamsad:

I didn't expect so an easy decision will bring so many thoughts to my head. What are your opinions?

proves my point
I interrupted it. Sure, Nathan deserved to get his butt kicked, but why let it go too far? Warren's a good kid in my mind, he just hit his boiling point. If I could help pull him back to earth, then I figured it was the best thing to do.

Couldn't figure out for the life of me why no one grabbed Nathan's gun when Warren knocked it out of his hand, though. :/

oh yeah maybe chloe would still be alive then dammit-_-
I think Nathans deteriorating mental health means that something inside of him is fighting the immoral stuff he is doing
I let Warren beat up Nathan, but i felt bad for Nathan.
To my shame I have to admit, I didn´t intervene, just for one reason: That ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gun. I didn´t like seeing Warren going ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like that either, but I had lost my gun to Frank previously, and it seemed like a good possibility to rearm, even if it cost Nathan dearly. I´m not too happy with my choice, especially after I didn´t need the gun to handle Frank, but still, the decision is made. Gonna have to life with the consequences.

At least Warrens SMS indicated that he "really doesn´t want to do it again", so at least I didn´t turn him into a brute, what somewhat eases my mind...but still, bad choice :/
stop warren ,max is better than nathan ,if you let warren punch nathan proves that your max is no different from nathan (yes ,he deserve it ,but in my main playthrough max is a very good girl ,i'll let warren beat nathan in my 2nd save just to see how things will change in the story )

It's kind of funny seeing all these people saying how we shouldn't go to Nathan's "level" by letting Warren give him a beat down. What the hell are you guys talking about? Beating people up isn't Nathan's level. Shooting people, drugging helpless girls, and acting like a total of*ck is being on Nathan's level
But would beating people be the first step? like in Ep.1 in the parkinglot

Sometimes bullies and tough guys need to be brought down a few notches to give them a wake up call.. After seeing Nathan sobbing on the ground, I feel like it's safe to say that it worked.
but what about "U cant fight fire with fire" And nathan sobbing i think there he accidentaly showed how he really feels inside

didn't think too much on that choice ,just stop warren and didn't rewind
but thinking about it a little i will say that is the safer choice ,nathan could kill warren in ep.5 for the "beat" choice and will act against max with no pity ,i hope that showing him some humanity will pay later ....

Yeah that beating might drive him even deeper into darkness
I chose to stop Warren from utterly annihilating Nathan, my choice had nothing to do with "Stooping down to Nathan's level" but more because I didn't want to take any more risks of making Sean Prescott or the rest of his family go ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on Max. (Especially considering I've already reported Nathan in Episode 1 and blamed him for what happened to Kate in Episode 2.)

For those who haven't completed all of Episode 4 yet, feel free not to read on although it's somewhat relevant to this topic: I feel as if Nathan and Jefferson are working together with this whole drugging girls project for reasons currently unknown, but at the same time Nathan might be being used or blackmailed because of the photo where he also looks out of it like Rachel on the ground. I'm glad that Nathan took his gun back after Max stopping Warren because I trust in the chances that Nathan might end up losing his ♥♥♥♥ with Jefferson and side with Max in Episode 5. Also, in my second playthrough of Dark Room I managed to keep Frank alive and upon reaching the scene where we put together clues he seemed to be really friendly with Max which makes me think he might also be there to side with her in the next Episode. Last but not least we have David, since at the end of Episode 4 Chloe ended up, well... dying :x ... and because I chose to side with David in Episode 3 that might give him reason to side with us in Episode 5 if Nathan chooses not to.

The goal in my playthrough is to get as many potential allies as possible, allies who are intimidating like Frank and experienced like David. This is why I chose not to let Nathan recieve his comeuppance (Yet), so in the case that he does leave Jefferson's side for ours; Nathan will have a reason not to completely hate us and he'll be armed at the same time.
good thing i have 3 saves were i cna play in different ways and pretty much get most of the choices i like to see happen.
so one i will have beat the crap out of nathan (whcih was actually funny when he got a taste of his own medicine) and one i dont.
but agreed, i was also wondering why no one picked up the gun when you choose not to beat him up.
