Arcadia Bay = Garibaldi, Oregon

The coordinates in Episode 4 confirm that real-life Arcadia Bay is the village of Garibaldi, Oregon. It also really looks similar, though it is much smaller than Arcadia Bay.

The roads in Garibaldi leading in an Eastern-Western direction are (most of them) even named after trees and are in an alphabetical order (not sure how to explain, just look at Google Maps). So real-life Cedar Ave is Cypress Ave.

I only live about an hour from Garibaldi, Arcadia beach is a bit further north

I looked at the GPS coordinates that Mr. Madsen noted so meticulously whilst tailing that Prescott vehicle. It looked to me that they were in the middle of Tillamook Bay. (That doesn't necessarily mean the town of Arcadia Bay is in the water, though. The Prescotts, for all we know, could have some kind of GPS-jamming gadgets on their cars.)
