Can be viewed from max's diary in the section regarding chloe's house.

you can also look at which numbers on the keypad are worn, and figure it out from there

in the locations bit, open the folder with chloe's house and it's like 50 images of things you've seen at chloe's house, scrolling to the end you see all the pieces of evidence you looked at there, including the number sheet.
