Max created the timeline where Chloe is quadraplegic with sevre resperatory problems when she went back in time to try to help Chloe by saving her father. So she did not even exist until Max did that, now she is begging for your help so she can help her parents who are suffering under the weight of the million+ per year to maintain their daughter.
Her parents if you asked them would NOT want you to end Chloe's life, no parent would however I think if you explained the whole thing to them they might agree that Max should end this timeline. Even William would willingly give his life to see his daughter whole and on her feet again able to live a normal life, guaranteed and any parent would do the same thing without question.
Having said that Max needs to end this timeline, she created it and only Max can end it. Her friend is begging for her help you have to give her that help, without you she is doomed to die a slow painful death which is something no one wants to have to endure.
So honestly accepting Chloe's request is the best thing to do because as soon as you travel back to the real timeline Chloe is back and the other Chloe never existed anyway...
The parents would realize that Chloe wanted to die (why else would Max know to turn the dial?) and Max doesn't go to jail or get called a murderer or whatever.
But don't you see? As soon as Max rights the timeline by going back to when her and Chloe were 13 years old, the timeline where William lived no longer exists because William is dead like he is supposed to be. So the real question you should ask yourself is should William die so Chloe can be whole and live a normal life? The answer to that is YES he should die like he was supposed to and if you told him everything he would agree 100%, any loving parent would.
If Max was going to remain in that timeline she should NOT accept Chloe's request however if she is going to end that timeline anyway then she should accept Chloe's request.
That's the problem, we don't know it for sure, neither do Max. But it is implied that the other timelines may still exist.

Also I honestly believe that as soon as you right the timelines by allowing William to die like he is supposed to that the timeline where he lives no longer exists because he was the reason it did exist. If you sat down and had a heart to heart with William and told him everything you did to create this timeline, I am certain he would beg you to go back and let him die so his daughter can live a normal life, I know I would if Chloe was my daughter.
I realize that if you accept or refuse Chloe that you still go back and make it so William dies but I also told William that I would always be there for Chloe no matter what so I have to be there for her when she begs me to help her end her life.
Hey don't get me wrong, I also think that the right thing to do is to accept her request, I did it.
I agree in all you said except that the timeline where william is alive no longer exists. We don't know it for sure since we are not told. But that's just another point in favor to accept Chloe's request. She would be alone again with the Vortex Club Max that doesn't really care about her.
Agree on that one. It's a theory and no one knows, but alternate realities could still exist.
In which case I feel bad for Max in the continued reality after she helps Chloe die if only because I'm fairly certain she would end up going to prison. :(
Yes, like I said though "I believe" that it no longer exists. The reason for that is, as I said, it existed because Max stopped William from dying and until that moment there was no reason for that timeline to exist.
My theory is when a timeline is created then it exists in all aspects of it, as in before Chloe was born, after she was born, when Max left Arcadia Bay to go with her parents to Seattle, all of that stuff is put in place as soon as the timeline is created. When "our Max" travels to a new timeline she inhabits the Max that exists there until she leaves again.
None of that stuff is explained at all in Life is Strange and in a way that is a good thing because each person who plays it gets to make up their own theories on stuff like this and that is what makes the game so much fun to play.
