Frank's RV at Blackwell?

In Ep. 1, we can draw at a Dirty RV at the Blackwell's parking lot. In Ep. 2, Max discovers that the RV is from Frank, and bla bla bla. Now the question is: Why the hell the RV was at the Blackwell's parking lot? If it's there, that means Frank was in Blackwell. And why?

I heard a nasty little rumor that if you give chloe back her gun, she will point it at you later on in the game. Might have been the ramblings of a troll, but I don't wanna take any chances.

I like it that you've detected this wonderful explanation for the RV being there. It makes so much sense!
For me the sole reason, so far, was simply that they wanted to introduce it in advance and Max couldn't go anywhere else yet in episode 1.

Like "Alyx" said before, maybe Frank was actually in Blackwell selling drugs/higher education for the students. Maybe Nathan got the drugs from Frank and he drugged Kate and possibly Chloe and he will try to drug Max?
