Nathan is obviously a pawn in jefferson's and his father's plans. He is forced into doing whatever they want and has a lot of serious mental issues along with ptsd (probably) from all the ♥♥♥♥ they make him do.

It also just occured to me, that the picture of Nathan 'posing' with Rachel, both lying on the ground, could have been Mr. Jefferson's way of blackmailing Nathan; or as an 'ace' up his sleeve (pardon the pun) in case Nathan decided to have a change of heart, to show his involvement (which would explain why Nathan was drugged too).

If Nathan is dead by now, then likely because he found out Victoria has going to be next, and, in his 'teenage-rage', just snapped and had to be taken care of immediately, by Mr. Jefferson.

I thought so too but the note on the monitor dosent support this. It wouldve been more threatening if Jefferson is blackmailing.

Depends, the tracks at the barn where fresh, means Nathan was there before Chloe and Max broke in. Mark wouldn't have any reason to "kill" Nathan.

And I don't think that Nathan checks his disposal phone he had behind the couch daily.

Then there is the graffiti with "Rachel IS here" I think Nathan saw Rachel's body (who was still alive in his mind) and flipped out completly. This would lead to many theories where he could be. At Mr. jefferson's house, at the police station, or simply searching Mr. jefferson.

But he is 100% out of harm, it would be stupid for jefferson to attack Nathan as he would have the whole Police Department on him, aswell as The prescott family

Unless Nathan went back there after the girls left. He'd panic and called Jefferson and the old hipter would go into clean up mode. He was al over the girls wondering what they are doing when they are looking for Nathan, so at that point he lnows where they have been.

Yes. And once Mr. Jefferson realized Nathan was no longer his man, he came to the conclusion this unstable element needed to be removed (aka, killed). Is this ideal? No. And nor was shooting Chloe, as questions will be asked; but Mr. Jefferson was about to be made, and he simply took emergency measures. There's this leaked audio, in which you can hear him say (to Max): "You must be the nosiest kid in school." (Or words to that effect). So, yeah, at the party he realized Max and Chloe were on to him.

So, did he really kill Nathan? We don't know for sure, of course; but to say he wouldn't have any reason to kill Nathan, I have to disagree with that.

I've heard the leaked audio. I bet it was taken from the current available episode files, but removed just like the Nathan "storm audio" it was cut. If anything Jefferson would most likely drug Nathan and stick his bunker buddy somewhere to cool off... BUT

Jefferson could easily frame Nathan for the murders and then kill him so he wouldn't have to defend himself against anything. The unstable rich kid who ignored his doctors did it they would say. Who purchased the GHB from Frank? Who has been spotted twice pulling a gun on people? Who is pictured with Rachel? The Rachel in the dark room drawing. Why else was that note from Nathan's doctor out in the open like that? Let's not forget the text message from Nathan's phone to Chloe. I don't think Nathan is dead yet, because Jefferson is using Victoria for leverage. I think the empty binder was more of a message for Nathan, Jefferson's plan might be to get Nathan to kill himself. However, if Nathan doesn't follow through he'll do it for Nathan. What pokes a hole in all of this is all those binders, but maybe he only leaves the Rachel and Kate ones behind. I'm still taking issue with the girls not flipping through the other binders, and I don't buy them being so overcome with emotions they wouldn't at least grab the binders and stash them at Chloe's place. There is nothing outside of the binders to tie Jefferson to the rape cave, because I'm guessing that if Wells is not involved the bottle links back to Nathan. If the bottle links to Jefferson that would be careless and lame. I'm still holding onto to my theory that at least Wells is connected to it, the whisky and the art(or money for it) would be a good bribe to gain access to those student records... There are still a few pieces missing though.

Looks like we are having Lobster for dinner :D

I'm sorry you were spoiled.

It's too bad Scott doesn't enforce the rules or anything.

After Warren attacked Nathan ,Nathan said his father is on his way. So I think Sean Prescot did something to Nathan.

I think he just said this as a threat. Nathan said his father is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and he is probably sick of him so he would never call him.

And neither did Mr.Jefferson, it would be too stupid for him to murder Nathan. The police is working for the Prescotts not to forget that Sean Prescott has much influence. If they find Nathan dead every stone will be turn around to find the killer.

Logicially what we know: He was in the dark room (Jacket proofs it, but it depends on choices as far as I've heard) before Max and Chloe went there. This is the last time we "saw" Nathan (Or a few hours ebfore in the dorm)

After we arrive at the pool Warren tells us he wasn't in the dorm and neither on the party. But we know he was at the junkyard after Max and Chloe drove off (Due to the "You're all gonna die" graffiti in the hideout). The question is where Nathan drove to next. In the Preview for EP5 we see Jefferson getting a needle ready for Max in the dark room. Nathan is nowhere to be seen nor heard so I assume he isn't there.

Nathan could drove to the Vortex Party after Max and Chloe drove away again and he then tried to capture Victoria. But that wouldn't make much sense since he wasn't seen in the Preview and having 2 captives at the same time would be too risky.

He could also broke into Chloe's house to retrieve the phone/evidence (Getting the adress from Mr.jefferson as teachers normally have the adress of studens/former once). But depending on choices David would still be there and capture Nathan or even kill him. But I don't think such a mayor event will happen offscreen.

So there are only 2 logically places left. Either he drove to the beach to find Frank and see if Chloe informed him about Rachel.

Or he is at Mr.jefferson's house. Nathan told him that they were in the dark room and know where Rachel is. Mr.Jefferson then told Nathan to stay at his house for his own safety (Nathan could have been reported already, and if the girls will find him they will kill him).

This is backed up by Jefferson at the party when he said "Nathan was upset" or something similar, that would mean he met him before he drove to the party.
