If you just want a game to last 100s of hours, you should look at the Mass Effect Trilogy available on Origin, that trilogy lasts a long time if you do everything and explore everywhere.
When it comes to Adventure games like LiS, i tend to get bored of it, but this game has one of the best stories ever made so far, now if they can get the ending to be just as awesome as the story itself, then it will be the best game EVER made....in my opinion.
ep.2 and 3 just have a normal lenght
I've put in 3.5 hours and not even halfway through ep 1 myself, but even if you played barely one hour for each you are still getting your money's worth. not that Playtime alone can ever be the whole measure of value.
2 hours x 5 = 10 hours
general AAA SP shooter = 6-8 hours for 50€.
Please.
Outcome wise, assuming our choices change how the game ends (which i hope that is the case) then doing the bare minimum might not give you the best outcome.
Took me 2 -3 hours to finish an episode too. Episode 4 felt a bit longer (maybe 3 1/2 hours), Not to mention that LiS is a game you should play definitely more than once. So that makes a total of around 8 - 12 hours for one playthrough of just episodes 1 - 4. Add upcoming episode 5 and you should have a total gametime of at least 10 - 15 hours for one complete playthrough of all episodes.
Where I live LiS costs around €20 on Steam [all 5 episodes]. That's less than half the price of an AAA title. €20 for 10 - 15 hours gametime sounds like a fair price to me.
