No.

Given the game's art style, a transition to UE4 would be rather pointless.

Nah, i don't need perfection, now if they transitioned it to a new unreal engine that made it look totally real...well as real as it can be with fixed lipsync.....sure....as long as it is either free or 75% off for owners of the original LiS.

each to their own i guess.

Your mileage will vary... For me there are too many other games to play to warrant any replay value.

What if they added new scenes and a extra episode?

What if the art style was a bit like this?

I am not that impressed by the picture...Anyway, to me the whole remaster topic is like "Sure, the Mona Lisa is a great work of art, but let's redo it so we have a photorealistic picture and kill its soul and essence."
no,almost all remasterd game re only cash grab and are pointless.you are intoxicated talking about remastering a game thats not even finished lol.

I think the game looks great and the lip sync is much better now. I also think it has great replay value. I have already played 5 or 6 times. You get more conversation when you make different choices and little things change with choices. I love the game the way it is. Just my opinion.

I would much rather that Dontnod works on DLC or Season 2 LiS then a remake, the game is basically a masterpiece anyway so what improvement does it need? Yeah, I guess lips sync but really? Its not needed...

Only if it'll be free for all who bought original.

Rather than a remake, why not a Season 2 on UE4? Remaking the already good game is a bit pointless, unless it's on UE4 from the start.

no.

(i also dont want Super Mario World @ UE4)

this game is perfect how it is.

This sort of makes sense for really old games like when Gearbox did a remaster of Homeworld games, however they ran into a problem when they remastered Homeworld 1 and put it on Homeworld 2 game engine. The original Homeworld 1 used a physics based game engine so formations and tactics worked way better in the original, then when they ported it to run on Homeworld 2 game engine it was an RNG engine so the game did not play the same at all...

Anyway it was still worth it for Homeworld games because there was a huge improvement for graphics and sound but that was because those were both really old games that were worth updating. Life is Strange is relatively new and is not in need of a remaster right now...

Is the lip synch better when there also people suggesting episode four had the worst lip synch issues out of all of the episodes.
