Seriously though, maybe the Forrest or the place the Prescott are building homes.
While I haven't read the leak location list, there is one somewhere in this forum where it lists the possible locations in episode 5. Because it is from data files in the game's current build, some of the locations listed might be altered when episode 5 is released, resulting in some of these locations might not be used at all.
For instance, in episode 4, Mr. Jefferson's car was a location, possible leading to an alternate cliffhanger where Max and Chloe's approaches Mr. Jefferson in his car about Nathan.
As for the pan estates, that is what they are called. I too wanted to see it as written in my previous comment - I called the place in the Forrest where the Prescott are building homes. Lol
There are also speculation of another hospital scene because there is a concept image of Max in a hospital gown. However, it is concept art

I think the last location, down the bottom left, will be the lumberyard
That being said, it's interesting to note that the locations on the map only appear when you read something in that location, as in a poster, or email, etc. One of my completed playthroughs has a map where there is no parking lot shown, and yet I'd already passed that.
So it's probable there will be more locations that we visit, there just may not be any notes to read.
