Well, I didn't cry. I did feel a slight "that was it, eh?" moment when Max and Chloe drove away.
I thought the OP meant only the ending? If one looks at the whole game, then yes. I did cry.
I did mean the ending
But You can look at the game as a whole becaue lots of people waited for the whole game to be released before playing.
The thing the ending made me do is at first I thought it was right to sacrifice Chloe and save the town. It was about 2am when I finished the episode and I turned off my PC and went to bed. I tossed and turned and couldn't get to sleep, all I could think of was..."what have I done!"
Finally I had to get up and replay the last scene and save Chloe, then I went to bed and went to sleep as soon as my head hit the pillow...

Thinking of the same, I just finished the game and chose to sacrifice Chloe and now I'm thinking just like you if the other joice wouldn't have been the better one. :(
Endings and finales are notoriously difficult to make. Not that many succeed :/
