Chloe is probably bisexual, yeah. I don't know that she loved Rachel, she definitely was crushing on her hard, but Chloe is absolutely in love with Max.

Why "probably bisexual?" We've never seen any evidence of her engaging in sexual or romantic activity with men, and plenty of her doing those with girls.

I think she's just plain gay. Actually, I think it's better if they both are. (Well, Max, being the PC, can be whichever the player wishes her to be, I think, but IMO it's better if they're both just plain gay.)

Chloe might have just been teasing Max when she was talking about Jefferson, but she seemed to at least find him attractive. She never had any kind of romantic relationship that we saw. It's clear that she was crushing on Rachel but it doesn't seem like it was reciprocated.

Max clearly isn't sure about her sexuality, she states early on in the season that she likes skater boys. Pricefield is totally canon depending upon your choices though.

Rachel only ever has relationships with men that are confirmed (Frank and Jefferson).

Really? How much do you actually actively see that suggests Chloe is gay? I mean don't get me wrong, I quickly came to the conclusion that she was, too. But the more the game went on, the more I thought that might have been a rash judgment.

For one, if you go through Chloe's wallet, she's carrying around spare condoms. Now I know they can be used for lesbian "uses," but there are actually better things to use. Chloe also mentions a "bad boy phase" she went through, as does Joyce. As someone else also mentioned, she clearly flirted with Jefferson.

The only real suggestion of a homosexual relationship is with Rachel and its soon established that Rachel was actually into Frank and then ultimately Jefferson. So there was no gay relationship beyond Chloe's own desire. Also, if you quiz Chloe over whether she crushed on Rachel, she treats it as "everyone would crush on Rachel because that's just how amazing she was."

I actually don't see much to suggest Chloe was ever really interested in Max in that way. Max to Chloe, possibly, depending on your choices. But Chloe, right up until the end, is clearly far more obsessed with Rachel than she shows romantic interest to Max.

Based on the evidence provided by the game, I'd actually assume both Chloe and Max were bi-curious, possibly bisexual. Max is seemingly pretty boy-crazy in the early parts of the game. Her first relationship talk with Chloe is over whether Chloe ever had a serious boyfriend. I actually think Max is outright straight and the homosexual possibility with Chloe was added when the developers realised how popular the Max-Chloe relationship had become.

Chloe, based on what I came across in-game, I would say was bisexual. She was probably sure she was straight up until Rachel came along and that altered her perspective. But it was very much all on Rachel. I don't think it stopped Chloe having a sexual interest in men, though, as she clearly thought Jefferson was hot. So bisexual seems most likely.

Max, by way of player control, is obviously a matter of choice.
