Yeah the Jefferson in the nightmare in the Junkyard area says it. It can be really hard to hear though since usually it gets blocked out by Frank yelling about beans. In fac the whole flashlight part is fantastic.

Yeah it's in the nightmare, it usually gets covered up by Frank yelling about beans though, sicne they say it at the same time.
