Apparently lots of people die, maybe Warren and Chloe's mom too. But who cares.. they just drive away like nothing. Despite Chloe wanted Max to stop this and she refused. Uh, i can't get started on this again, i've only began to calm down.
Yes everybody alives without getting hurt.. and Chloe & Max leaves because the car is full and no one needs an hospital, grow up and stop thinking Santa exists

Warren is probably dead.
No, it only means the cell tower is down. It is noted when you leave the Dark room after David comes.
In the "finale timeline" (before the finale choice), Max and Chloe asked David for help and stopped both Jefferson and Nathan. Max never had to be rescued by David and Chloe is alive and is escaping the storm by going to the lighthouse with Max.
It pretty impossible to survive, plus if you are in a semi destroyed place.
The one in the screenshot was on Friday, 11:46 a.m. So the text didn't deliver because of no signal, not because he's dead, unless the devs screw that up and have a plot hole there too.
But he probably is dead because in the dream, when you go to the diner, everyone tells Max to not kill them and Warren was in it too. But it's just a dream, it's not very accurate as we can see, especially that ending with Chloe telling the other Max that she won't break them apart but then Chloe does want it that way.
So for now, I'm just going to say that Warren dying if you sacrifice Arcadia Bay is uncertain, so I won't change my ending because like I said, I don't want to change it and change it again.
It depends who dies in that tornado, like Warren and Kate Marsh. I have to see the list of people who die for me to change my ending.
Best bet is that they probably warned Joyce and David about the storm, as well as ppl in Blackwell. No way they literally went home and did nothing.
I refuse to know that they're dead unless Dontnod shows me otherwise
This is kind of stupid because of a number of reasons:
1. Prescotts have built lots of shelters around Arcadia Bay (note from the barn in episode 4).
If Max can drive all the way from the barn and almost up to the diner, walk the rest of the way while saving a few people. It is pretty strange that no one managed to escape or get to one of the shelters. Also the diner itself seems to be intact when looking at the ending where “Chloe lives”, but no life signs.
2. If Max warned Chloe about the storm and told her to go to the lighthouse in the "finale time line" before the finale choice, it is pretty stupid that she never cared to warn anyone else..
3. It is my understanding that the storm is caused by Max over using her rewind powers and not simply because Chloe is alive. Should not the storm be smaller if the player used Max powers more sparingly? I know that the game forces us to use rewind a few times, and probably does not store the amount of rewinds used, but this would have been a nice way for us to get a 3rd more happy ending without changing the entire episode.
4. Max could just use the butterfly picture and save Chloe without using rewind because of her knowledge of the future.. I made a complete more detailed thread on this yesterday: https://steamcommunity.com/app/319630/discussions/0/490123832543887992/
