So you find the table with the key 218. You open the door to room 218 and you see Max dressed as Rachel. You look at the map, find Rachel's room and then you'll become Victoria. Look at the map, find her room and you'll turn into Max. Find Max's room and you'll be taken to the next stage.

I found a key to a door near the bathroom door, then enter that door on the keyring, you will then change character, and just keep going through the characters dorm room door, check the map on the wall if you get stuck with who's room is who's.
