Who has the best youtube playthrough?

So I asked this on another site and got some neat suggestions, so I'd like to ask you guys: whose playthrough of the game do you believe is the best?

I've watched a number of them, so here are my thoughts on them. Feel free to skip this part as it's long.

1. jacksepticeye
Pros: Surprisingly, despite being a loudmouth and a bit obnoxious for some, he was a great player. He was fairly calm and took the game very seriously, getting very invested into the story and garnering some nice, genuine reactions.

Cons: Not the most thorough player. He misses quite a lot of the minor decisions.

2. KatiePlaysStuff
Pros: Very smart. She reads people very well and figured out the villains and good guys early on. She takes the decisions seriously and is probably the most thorough player so far. She knows how to rewind to extend conversations and she examines practically everything. She saw the Episode 4 ending coming.

Cons: Tends not to show previews of the next episode. She also doesn't go over her statistics at the end, if you care about that.

3. TheSw1tcher
Pros: The chemistry of this duo was great. They're probably the funniest of the ones I've seen due to their jokes and banter among themselves.

Cons: They talk to themselves too much and don't pay as much attention as they could have. Sometimes they are slow to figure things out as well, but this could be a pro if you're entertained by that.

4. YogscastKim
Pros: Thorough and smart. She explores quite a lot and has really quality commentary. She relates to Max very well and is very interested in the story. Her investment with Kate is very sweet and she empathizes with characters.

Cons: Tries to avoid music whenever possible, and given how prominent the music is in this game, it's sometimes jarring.

5. Caiyth
Pros: Reads characters well and is thorough. She genuinely cares about everyone and is quite intelligent and observant.

Cons: It's been a while so I don't remember anything standout. I suppose she was slow to catch onto some things, but they're very minor.

6. Cryaotic
Pros: Calm, cool, and collected. He stays quiet during scenes and is very invested in the story. He has genuine reactions which you can hear since he doesn't have a facecam. He is also quite funny sometimes.

Cons: Rushed the hell out of Episode 1. He gets better, but I wouldn't call him thorough.

7. GamingAwesome
Pros: One of the funnier ones. He is observant and makes his decisions with a lot of thought put into them.

Cons: Never reads text messages. Not super thorough, and he's still not finished yet (I think he'll stream the rest in the future though).

I've watched a number of them too, including a couple of the ones you mention.

Chisaleya was the most interesting to me. Emotional, and had unique choices compared to other players. The only one I've seen to blame Jefferson in E2.

Geek Remix was interesting too, they are so into the game and have so much commentary.

My favourite is Cry just because he has the best reactions. I literally laughed out loud of how quick he was to kiss Chloe with a high pitched "OKAY!" His vid descriptions are a joy to read also.

YogscastHannah is pretty good imo, but prefer Kim better bc Kate.

GeekRemix provides insight and theorizes. They are incredibly thorough with the game and tries to not miss any detail.

Dodger is really enjoyable but there's some instances that she can't seem to grasp that Max can rewind like with Alyssa in Ep 4.

I *watched* Pewdiepie's but after his mockery of Max's social anxiety in the beginning of the game I couldn't stand him. Then again, since when did I?

I'm anticipating for YogscastZoey's commentary about the game, given that it suits her personality. It'll be interesting to hear her thoughts and perspective on Chloe's depression. Sadly, I have to wait for the game to finish for her to even start playing it.

I tend to watch lets play of these type of games based on the player's emotional reactions to plot twists and cliffhangers, i watch GoldGloveTV for his gameplay videos, they last like between 6-15mins and they always have me in fits, i first sawe his videos by sheer luck with watching his reaction to the Episode 3 cliffhanger, when i saw that, i was laughing like crazy and clicked subscribe.

There are many others, but when it comes to games like LiS, the more thorough the player, the better the experience i get.

for some reason I can only watch a couple of livestreamers stream the game, youtube playthroughs aren't really my thing.

Cry would have to be my favourite, his humour just gels well with me and he has some seemingly genuine reactions. I only wish he had a facecam so I could watch as well as listen lol.

Gold Glove is one of my new personal favourites, he has so much energy and has me cracking up a lot of the time, his reactions are awesome. I also don't mind a bit of Dodger and Jacksepticeye. But again, Cry would have to be my number one I guess.

Why would you watch it on Youtube and not just play it yourself and try different outcomes? Watching this on youtube would just ruin all the fun.

I play it a lot but I watch other people after finishing my playthrough. I like seeing their reactions and playstyle etc.

I think Geek Remix had the best lets play, they make some interesting and funny comments (they're also very smart and figure out many things (to avoid spoilers) almost immediately)

Dude, other than the artstyle, it's the LPs that got me playing this game in the first place. The frustration of them not exploring enough convinced me to go and purchase this for myself.

But yeah. After I played it, it's fun to see other people's reaction and commentary.

Or just play the game for yourself and not have someone scream in your during a pivotal moment? Lol. But in all honesty, I do have to thank Let's Players for bringing LiS into its popular state as of now.
