[SPOILER] End of Ep.4 and Start of Ep.5
Alright mate, but right when I started to love this game it became unlogical! Let's ride trough this quickly shall we. So, Max and Chloe are on Rachels graveyard, checking the body, they are being attacked by 2 ''assassins'' (Nathan and Mr. Jefferson), there is no way they couldn't hear Mr.'s footsteps trough the yard the body was buried on. Puddles around would make his footsteps even louder, as his type of shoe reflects the noise of object kicking the water at any speed (blah blah blah), after rewind, 18-year-old made a perfect headshot, which is not impossible, but is very unlikely. Then, Chloe was shot ''dead'', but the hole in her head was small, and there was not ''splash'' bleeding after the hit. Does it mean she is not dead? Why wasn't I allowed to choose if I want to rewind? Why I was not left to look behind her, in case someone tries to sneak on us? And how is it possible that both of them were injected at the same time, as they stood apart from each other? To explain this a little bit more precise, as scene goes one, you see needle sting in your neck, and both you and Chloe fall at the pretty much same time (which means Nathan injected one, and Jefferson another), when Max rewinds the tape, and warns Chloe, Nathan shoots her right in the head. How is it possible that 18-year-old was so skilled, to hold his guard on, and be prepared to both Injects the drug, or shoots? As day earlier, he got his a*s beaten by Warren (which means his skills are not at the high level), and 3 days earlier, he got the gun taken out of his hands easily by Chloe (in toilet)? It doesn't change much for Jefferson, as he is older, and wears glasses (yes, it could be just as detail, but let's say he has sight problems), in the dark, it's extremely unlikely to be prepared for both options.

But it's not the point, alright mate? What I came to ask is, IS CHLOE DEAD ?! :O And how could I prevent it?

You can't prevent her death. It's the same for everyone, whatever choices you make.

Oh that's stupid mate !? I just started to love this game. My opinion changed dramatically ! One of the main parts can not be manipulated ? Damn it mate.

Just play on and you will understand. Just so much, this isn't the last you've seen of Chloe.

I have played this game whole day, it's really beautiful. I take it all back. (except the logic part)
I'm not on the plane, I'm going to leave, get some rest. I know my character is probably going to have an accident... Thank you guys.

You can't really tell a story if you let the player change or manipulate everything. Certain things has to be constant.

Be prepared for more feels friend :D.
I'd suggest playing episode five if you haven't already. As there is one rather large problem with all this which can't be stated if you haven't played episode five.

You can't change Max choosing to save William at the end of episode three either or vast numbers of constant elements throughout all five episodes.

Oh, there is only one spoiler for you.
All deaths of Chloe (except one with the train) are "unpreventable" (and I won't mention certain character from episode 4 whom you already met and left behind)
You have to see them, those deaths, and work to undo them.
And then the end comes to you...

I don't really understand this topic i mean didn't Mr. jefferson shot Chloe? Nathan wasn't at the junkyard there it was only Mr. Jefferson and he shoot Chloe in the head and drugged Max before if i understand this right, just play episode 5 many of your question will be answered there :)
1st of all, Nathan wasn't even there, I mean you couldn't see him at that point. 2nd thing is, they were looking for the body, so they were not hearing anything while searching it, cause they were talking at that moment. 3rd, you can't rewind, cause you got drugged and don't have control ove your body. 4th, Chloe wasn't injected, lol what the hell, did you even play the game? And, when the hell does Max rewind the tape? You say that Nathan's ass got kicked by Warren, so he can't be that skilled. What if he is skilled with a gun on long-range but not on short-range? And, how do you know that it was Nathan? And the last thing, Chloe didn't take his gun, so he still had it.
I hope I could help you bro

Not to offend you in any way, but I think some of the facts pointed out here are wrong.
I'm pretty sure that Mr. Jefferson mentioned him in the Dark Room, when you play as Max, locked. He says how Nathan was easy to manipulate, he helped him take you (player, Max), blah blah blah. It means that he could have been there at the Junkyard with him. Then, (this is gonna make your brain explode, as my English sucks, and it's pretty interesting topic). The scene goes, Max gets injected, and starts falling down, we do not get to see a clear shot at Chloe, but I'm pretty sure she would make some good 'tortured' pictures. Max rewinds, and warns Chloe (I'm talking about this, as only Mr. Jefferson was there), Chloe turns around, and on same second gets 'headshoted' by him in 360 no-scope fashion. Chloe falls down, and we see Jefferson coming towards us. If Max didn't rewind, he would not kill Chloe for sure, and would probably go in the same manner, and strangle her, or inject her, whatever he wants to, I can not really explain it, but I'm sure we both were injected before rewind. When you talk with someone, at the middle of the night, in a place surrounded by forest, you really can not hear anything? I don't think that logic works that way, even if they were digging up the body. It doesn't make sense. I'm going to finish Episode 5, thank you all for your helpful replies.

No Max actually doesnt rewind, she is drugged and cant.

Nathan is not at the junkyard with Jefferson, he is already dead at this point. The "help" Jefferson mentions is that Jefferson uses Nathan's phone to lure Max and Chloe there.

Jefferson shoots Chloe intead of drugging her because she doesnt fit his ideals, he wants to capture purity and Chloe is impure and filthy in his mind, and he hates her because she is corrupting Max.

Dude, she couldn't rewind at that point, cause she had no power and control over herself. If she could rewind, why didn't she rewind further to warn her about her being shot and so on? The episode ends as she passes out and knows that Chloe got shot. He was definetly going to drug Chloe too, but instead he kills Chloe by a headshot.
And all I wanted to say is, be prepared for many feel trains in episode 5. It's going to be intense
