What you need for cosplaying chloe?

You need a t-shirt(from the band misfists),black pants,now how can you make the tatoo?what else do you need?

Grey pants with straps, blue wig, bullet necklace, and designer cowgirl boots with custom butterfly art. The tattoo can be airbrushed or be printed on rub on tattoo paper, if they make such a thing for consumers. You can get the shirt online officially and things like the bullet necklace on etsy.com

-Suspenders (Dunno what color Chloe's suspenders are.)

-Black slouchy beanie

-Blue hair (You can either dye it or buy a wig, like the dude above me said. Using blue dye is cheaper, imo.)

-Necklace with 3 bullets (buy an exact replica on etsy)

-Chloe's signature tank top with skull design (buy on etsy or redbubble)

-Black t-shirt bra

-Cowgirl boots with a custom design (No idea where'd you get these. Most Chloe cosplayers improvise and buy black combat boots instead.)

- Tattoo sleeve (Google "Chloe Price tattoo" for pictures)

-A ring on her right hand . She wears it on her ring finger. It looks black. No design as far as I can tell.

-4 bracelets - 3 of them look like hair bands: 1 white, 1 red(?), 1 plain black, 1 black bracelet with 3 spikes

-Blue (?) nail polish

okay allready got most ofthe things,now I really don't know where i can get tatoo paper,since i don't have much time to order from the internet :/
