I played 24 hours and regreted no millisecond of it.
Other took about 12 hours to complete it (like mentioned above).
But as Festive Futur said, take your time. If you can't play it in one weekend, make two session in two weekends.
Oh, and also calculate in some time to process the events, if you are an emotional person like me and many others.
As you can tell by that statement I LOVE Life is Strange, game of the decade for me.
