There are two ways to get them.
The first way is too unrealistic and you'd have to be a professional designer to do it. You'd have to take a screenshot of the in-game poster you like, and then re-draw it with a vector graphics program (Inkscape is free), or re-photograph it, with real people, in a real photo studio, or in a real environment.
The second way is the quick and dirty way of taking the best possible screenshot and then editing it. Gimp is free and good enough for that.
For example, you take a screenshot of a poster https://ibb.co/4t03RJS and you edit and enlarge it: https://ibb.co/Nn5vDHt
Or the screenshot from the Zeitgeist Gallery. From https://ibb.co/Z1KghcJ you simply make https://ibb.co/0CnRPhx
Everything you need to do this is free, although paid software can make it more comfortable, but both Upscayl and Gimp are free, and Gimp has everything you need. Transformations, color adjustments, sharpening filters...

You're welcome.
