She will, the teaser picture of episode 2 shows Rachel and Chloe sitting in it. Even Elvis is already there.

In response to Jeckenn's comment, I actually think it's the seventh generation F-150, the 1980s model, if you look at the radiator and the headlights they resemble Chloe's truck a little better

One thing bites me, how can Chloe, unemployed, afford to buy and operate car (mandatory insurance, diesel, maintenance, taxes...all of this is higher if car is that old and in bad shape)? Her mother is waitress and stepfather security guard, and they already own one car, so I doubt they can afford to pay all of that for her

Well we found that out in BtS, she found her truck at the dump... lol :)

Anyway I really liked how Deck Nine showed us how Chloe got her truck because that was always a bit of a wonder being unemployed and owning her own vehicle like that.

I think he was asking about the costs itself to maintain it. As in, her means of doing so without a job. We already would know she found it in the dump. It wasn't a question of buying it. It was a question of getting it to run because in BtS, the truck isn't fully operational.
And we already know she wasted a lot money on the car, she could had bought a working car for a lesser cost. Typical Chloe Price. Thought her dad was a carseller until I found the comments by William. Price is always right.. Just a little more expensive than it has to be.

" I kinda believe she got the cheapest car out there".

No, she didn't buy her car as a used car. She found her car at the scrap yard in BtS. She also more or less fixed it, made it operational, by scavenging for usable spare parts at the scrap yard. Chloe has got the knack.

Yes, and luckily the right junk cars/trucks around to find the right spare parts... lol
That comment David says after he's describing "carbon deposits" on a spark plug.

That was foreshadowing something.
