[Localisation] How do i translate the game in my language?

I want to translate Life is Strange's subtitles from english to romanian but there is no guide on how to do it. What software do i need to open the specific game files and just replace the english text with romanian text? If there is a guide on how to do this please point me in the right direction because i can't find it. Thanks !

go to:
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Life Is Strange\LifeIsStrangeGame\Localization
You find all the content there. if you go to ENG, you can open the files with a texteditor and should be able to just replace the files one by one.
However iam pretty certain you would have to overwrite an existing language since Romanian is not integretaed into the game, so creating a ROM folder might not be accessed by the game, replacing ITA however should.
