I want to punch some of those payed Let´s-Players in the face

Seriously. I am watching this let´s play of a quiet popular game-stream going Life Is Strange and I am actually extremely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at the players (they are two). It´s the youtube channel "farfromsubtle" (kinda hate "supporting them" by posting their name here, but arg am I angry).

Most of the time they make fun of how stupid Max´s desicions are and how cliché this game is and they guy is constantly rageing and not even actually paying atention to the story so many times.
The top iceing is also the comments in their twtich stream which is shown in the video. So many people comment hilarious but then still insulting and without any clue.

I can understand that Life is strange has flaws, but when you see a ♥♥♥♥ing payed streamer doing it for the popularity, acting like they are just doing their job and seemingly not enjoy the game AT all... it just ♥♥♥♥ing grinds my gears... WHY NOT QUIT, YOU ♥♥♥♥♥? Just stop playing LiS. But nooo, you need to boost your stream with popular titles... You can even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ see how COMERCIAL this stream is. From episode 1 the guy dressed as Max (tshirt) and his girl / sis I dont know is dressed as Chloe... and yet they COMPLAIN a ton, often even saying "I dont wanna play that game anymore Q.Q"....

Sure would not harm a person in real life, but this guy, I wanted to punch him A TON of times in the face and kick his balls. So disgusting...

Well, since it's impossible to play the game for the first time again, the closest you can get is watch someone experience it for the first time and go through that journey with them. Watching their reactions, decisions and reasons for them along with general commentary on the story can be really fun and interesting.
But of course that doesn't work if you're watching someone like pewdiepie who just jokes about everything and rushes through it, it only works with youtubers who actually like the genre like Materwelonz or BirdyBoots.

Pewdiepie´s playthrough was little bit fun, but good too. At least he choosed right in the end

Criticism is alright, but doing a whole playthrought? For what purpose? If you don't like it, stay away from it, and don't act like your opinion should influence anybody.

From what I understand, fans of the channel OP is talking about asked them to play it. If I were a let's player, I'd play it the whole way through, if I hated the game, then I'd at least do it for fans of the channel.

It depends what the fan wants. If they want him to keep ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about the game, ok, why not, but I'm concerned about people who just want to see how the game is and make their own opinion about it.
Personnaly I wouldn't watch an entire playthrought of something the player doesn't like at all. If it's about fun, so make it quick. No need to show the entire thing.

Why? They want to form their own opinion about it.

This game is already succesful and award winning even with people who don't enjoy it saying so. One of the biggest turn offs for me when deciding on game purchase is when the community relies on trash talking the negative information instead of higlighting the positive. It shows me that they don't actually beleive the game will hold up under scrutiny.

It's not complete yet but it's going on. This female player is adorable and is in love with Chloe :) Pricefield forever.
You can subscribe, her other let's plays are great too. And she also make live streams on twitch. PST timezone.

Considering the topic title despite the discussion I'd suggest posting a topic about it.

As much as I like Let Play's sometimes they take me out of the zone. My story was my story and the commentary and dialog I had in my own mind while playing make it unique for me. So when I watch Let Plays where people are joking every second and not taking it serious it just annoys me...

A few Let's Plays are really good though..thought about doing one myself!

Ok basically they sound like two guys, and sometimes when guys get together and play an emotional game like Life is Strange they are afraid to allow their emotions to show in front of each other so they joke and do crap like the OP said to stop that from happening.

Honestly you are far better off finding a female that does let's plays, like say Lifesimmer, or one of my Steam friends, AriadnaGaming, or one of the few males I found that I liked, Kemmellion, who is doing a full blind play of LiS its still on the front page of this forum as he adds a few new plays each week.
