The game is rated M for mature audiences. Maybe its just not for you if that bit of swearing is already a problem?
And i highly doubt they will implement any kind of foul language toggle. You are pretty much the only person i ever heard complaining about it.
Let me ask you, is "will bang 4 jesus" not offensive?
It is?
Then why the hell are you playing this game? It only gets worse from there... you know, pretty much like life and bullies, sometimes. And if You're getting offended by the language, well...
then you SHOULD be offended HELLA more by the events of the story.
But that's how it is. Life is strange, but life is also BRUTAL and offensive, due to bad people.
This game tells about it.
Take it as it is, or go home.
It's rated M. If you are mature enough to deal with these topics, then you are mature enough to understand that normal people use "crude" language. It's not done because the game thinks it's "cool".
Do you tell people to watch what they say to you in normal conversations? Becuase that's just as rude as how you percieve them using those words.
They are words.
Get the ♥♥♥♥ over it.
oh, mybad. the "frick" over it.
So here, a present for you:

I know that people use that kind of language in talking, but I do not have to listen to it either from them or from a game. When people start talking that way, I ask them to curtail their language, or I walk away.
I do not need those words to stick in my mind...thank you.
As far as "getting over it," I do not ever plan to "get over it."
Those "words" are important, as you would know, since you are using them against me.
And remember, "For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned." (Matthew 12:37)
So take stock of the words that you use, for they will be what either acquits you or condemns you in the final judgment.
“Under certain circumstances, urgent circumstances, desperate circumstances, profanity provides a relief denied even to prayer.” - Mark Twain
I'm not sure if you're being facetious or are incredibly daft...
Also, you proved my point. Telling people to "curtail" their language is very rude. Hell, walking away mid-conversation because you do not like what another person is saying is not just disrespectful, but very closed-minded.
People express themselves however they wish. The game is just an example of the average teenager. Sure, you do not use specific words because you have been taught that they have power and more meaning than they truly have, but the game is just trying to be real. You're the outlier.
I can quote the bible too!
“Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the cruel.” (1 Peter 2:18)
"The righteous will be glad when they are avenged, when they bathe their feet in the blood of the wicked." (Psalm 58:10)
Oh, and these are good things because according to 2 Timothy 3:16 "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness"
