" perfect ending" edited videos by fans.
Or read one of the thousands of (terrible) fanfic about it.
1. Let Chloe die and save the town. This is the good ending for sure. In every episode Chloe is marked for death and who is to say that even after the town’s demise that she won’t die soon after ? Not to mention that I don’t think that she would want to live knowing that her mom and even David are dead. Her dying reveals the interesting part of this game. Nathan gets arrested for killing her, he rats on Jefferson to get a reduced sentence and then Jefferson is arrested. Thus both are stopped and the death of Rachel is avenged.
2. Choose Chloe and let the town die. This is the morally bad option no matter how you look at it. You are essentially letting all of the school and the town die to save one person. This is the selfish option no matter how you justify it.
"marked for death", etc, is just an excuse used by those who lack the will to fight the odds. There is no fate, only us, the world, and the odds the world places before us. And show me where Chloe dies in episode 3.
Rewatch BAE ending. Chloe accepts Max's choice to save her and deep down she is relieved and grateful to Max. And there is no indication that everyone in city died. Au contraire, judging by relatively stable, if somewhat torn, buildings and almost no corpses on streets, it's heavily implied that the majority survived. And David is actually in "dark room" bunker busting Jerkerson, safe from the storm.
Nothing interesting there. If Max saves Chloe, Nathan stays dead and Jerkerson gets arrested. Also, the "sh*t-pit" both Chloe and Rachel hated gets ravaged. And Chloe, one of the few people Rachel somewhat cared about, lives. Thus Rachel's demise is far more avenged.
Saving people you care about, let alone the most important person in your life (and Chloe is that person to Max, regardless of your choices), is not morally bad no matter how you look at it. And again, there is no indication that everyone in town died, au contraire.
Do I use the same save slot every time ?
Now they believe that Max is satisfied with the game outcome.
"I think they’re happy wherever they are", said Jean-Luc Cano.

Max is happy? Jean-Luc, are you serious? I will not wish "happiness" after such the sacrifice to anyone, especially Max. It's too cruel for her and players.
You need to use these save slots, in this particular order for each time: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4 ,3, 2 and then the last one is 1 for a total of 10 times, sorry I forgot to mention it earlier.
You can also only save the game after you beat it each time.
There was also a bug in one of the updates that broke the achievement, not sure it's fixed now.
Also make sure to stream your attempts on YT as no one has been able to do this before.
Good luck.
