The guro art print in the bunker...

So there was a rather out of place print of a girl tearing her throat out in Jefferson's bunker and I'm curious who's responsible for it. Googling has led me nowhere and past posts state that it wasn't done by anyone well-known but obviously someone had to do it!
Anywho I'm very much into this style of art (and definitely don't own my own bunker) and this print in particular was really fun. Any help would be neato!

I had assumed all art in the game was in-house. Maybe look up the asset director and production manager? Surely the credits would give you some useful search criteria.

The " guro" artwork is from Suehiro Maruo ( or at least in his style) a famous guro/horror mangaka in Japan.
Has a lot of awesome but also very disturbing manga.
