Report a translation problem
I thought that myself while watching in regards to the dialogue at least. I don't think the episode title is though as Stranger Things is set in the eighties and Mad Max is not a nickname she uses it just one of several puns Warren makes based off her name.
Of course the title refers directly to the movie, but I found funny that was also the nickname for the girl.
By the way, the character is called Maxine Mayfield...
I'm hoping we can get a confirmation at some point (There were a reference to Life is Strange: Before the Storm in the South Park: Fractured But Whole game that was slightly ambiguous as well, but Ubisoft basically confirmed it was real on Twitter. Hopefully same thing for Stranger Things! :) )
