Yeah, but anyone can edit those things, so take it with a grain of salt.
Basically it is left up to your own imagination where the powers come from and rightly so because if and when Dontnod decides to continue this series if they had already explained in detail where the powers come from it would make the sequel not as good because that part MUST remain a mystery always for the story to work....
The folks from Dontnod did confirm that the ghostly doe Max see's in the game is indeed Rachel...
That entirely depends on the source of the powers. If an explanation in season one were insular and self-contained it would be irrelevant in regards to a second season. Each season really should be self-contained LIS isn't a series which would benefit from being part of a wider mythos.
Actually, that makes sense, anyone played the first Chapter of Captain Spirit by now?
