Five Nights at Freddy's

The signifigance of the Balloon Boy and Balloon Girl
The Signifigance of Balloon Boy and Balloon Girl.

I thought of something the other day. The Balloon Boy is the most un-popular, least talked about, and least known animatronic of Five Nights At Freddy's. Because of that, he is the most mysterious to me. So I've thought of a theory about BB, and I hope you like it.

We all know BB as the annoying little animatronic that we thought kills us until he gets into our room. But he's still annoying because he jams our lights and buttons, and there's probably a reason he jams our buttons and lights, and I'll tell you in a minute. But, he has almost no signifigance in the resturant, the phone guy doesn't talk about him, he comes in your room not as much as the other animatronics, and no one knows he's there until he's in your vents. The only thing that ever says he's there is the picture in your office to the right.

So here's my theory about him. A few months before Jeremy Fitzgerald became night guard, a mother took her 3 year old son to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The 3 year old automatically took an interest to a statue of a small boy holding balloons in the prize area. It was just there to hold the balloons if parents wanted to give one to their children. He would stare at it for minutes at a time, because he liked it. When he stopped looking he started taking an interest to the other animatronics. He followed one into one of the back rooms. The animatronic accidentally trampled him and killed him.

The animatronic who trampled him saw the dead child and notified the Marionette, so that he could transfer the soul to an animatronic. The Marionette did this, and transferred the soul to the Balloon Boy, since it was the only active animatronic that didn't have a child soul in it, and because the boy liked the Balloon Boy.

Now, you might be thinking, if there was a murder, the pizzaria would be closed. We'll, that's true, but the murder happened in a back room, so no one knew it happened. So now your thinking, we'll, the mother would call the police because her child was missing. We'll, she would have, if she didn't die as well...

So, as the mother noticed her child was missing, she looked frantically for him. She walked into the back room, looking for him. The animatronic who murdered the child saw her, and didn't want her to call the police and get the pizzaria shut down, so it killed her. It contacted the Marionette to transfer her soul to an animatronic. The Marionette only knew of one animatronic, but it would never be used, but he decided to use it anyway. He transferred her soul to the Balloon Girl. (The animatronic that extremely rarely appears under your desk and looks like Balloon Boy but with pink eyes and a pink hat.) The reason she appears under your desk is because she's still looking for her son.

A few more things I forgot to mention is that the reason Balloon Boy only says “Hello” and “Hi” is because the little boy was only 3 and those were the only words he knew. The reason he jams the buttons is because the boy was at the age that he likes to mess with buttons and lights and breaks them. The signifigance of the picture is that it was made by the boy because he loved BB.

So do you like my theory? Do you agree with it? I hope you do, and, until next time, ITS ME.

I like your theory, but there is one problem with it for me. I don't believe that there is a Balloon Girl.

Now my logic is telling me that it is Balloon Boy, but a hallucination. There are other hallucinations in FNaF2 including the puppet in your cameras, the paper plate boy moving to your desk and an endoskeleton which supposedly appears from the prize box after the Puppet moves away from it, and others too. The balloon boy under the desk (i will call it Desk Boy for time-saving means) is differently coloured as it is a hallucination and as such is slightly distorted and it is under the table, where it is darker. The change of colouring is due to these, but mainly because the light is poorer.
Such do i conclude my counter to all this nonsense to me about a Balloon Girl.
Cool story though!
