A way to go back to main menu?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know if there was a way to go back to the main menu? I was recording a gamepay vid for youtube and it went right into the next night. I had to Esc then restart my recording to finish up my video. Would be nice to know if there's a button or something. Thanks!!
