Well she is related to food in different ways.
First off, she has a bib that is clearly related to food, both being a bib in general, and the fact that it says "Let's Eat!!!".
Second, she appears to have some... Extra girth compared to her partners, so maybe that's supposed to give her the appearance of eating more than them.
Also, it's said that the new Chica in FNAF2 was remodeled to look more like a cheer leader, with her bib being changed to say "Let's Party!!!" due to complaints from concerned parents of original Chica promoting childhood obesity.
So maybe she has some programming that makes her enter the kitchen, and maybe her A.I is capable of performing basic cookery, such as putting pizzas in the oven and serving them.
Or maybe whatever they are haunted by knows that she is related to food and sends her into the kitchen for some reason relating to it.
Or perhaps it's simply because Chica moves in the Eastern path.
I mean, Freddy does also enter the kitchen, but he doesn't appear to mess around with the dishes, instead just playing his music.
And maybe if Bonnie also went down that path, he too would enter the kitchen.
So maybe it's all one fat coincidence. (No pun intended, or maybe it was intended, the World may never know).
