His voice can be heard.
This means one of the three things.
He barely survived his encounter, and something drew him back to working for the new pizzaria. (Either the managers have something on him, like they're covering up for something bad he did. Or he simply still loves that place despite it's dark past, and the fact it tries to kill him).
He is back as a phantom, which I honestly do think is possible.
Or his voice only made an appearance for commercial reasons, and he isn't actually in the new game.
theres only one developer for these games and thats scott cawthon so he has to do the voice acting himself too.
Not necessarily, If you listen until the very end of the call, you hear foxy banging before Golden Freddy's scream..., the right door was closed; so the power didn't run out.
That's what discussion are for... he may or may not have died :P
And then didn't show up for work the night after because he was too buy plotting to dismantle the other four. =D
