How to get Five Nights at Freddy's on Mac. (DEMO ONLY)
1.Go to Scott Cawthen's page, it'll give out a link to his other games and his Demo.
2.Download .EXE. (MUST Use WineBottler because it's a Windows Format./Window's Execute/)
3.Put it on your Steam Browser.
4.PROFIT.

You might want to play around with the Controls to get used to it.

Also, Don't get Yosemite because it isn't compatible for it now.

At least you can convert your Mac into Windows with a Disk or just install WineBottler to still use your Mac, but play Window Games

Though I do agree with this, the issue isn't so much getting a mac specifically for games, but that people try to work with what they've got (specifically those who can't afford another computer, or aren't old enough to purchase one)

At least using wine allows mac users to possibly play the demo, but it kinda sucks that the engine for the game just lacks mac compatibility.
