First thing you have to care about that if you listen to his laugh, that means he is getting closer to you. If you seen his glowing eyes in CAM 4B and if you also hear his laugh after that, that means he is in your room, get ready for a surprise jumpscare.
Second thing would be to check him at the camera 4B where you can actually see his creppy glowing skins, and in other cameras he is REALLY hard to find out because he loves to hide in darkness so scrap the idea about watching other cameras for Freddy because you won't find him.
Third thing, if you seen him at CAM 4B, just close your right door immediately, and then check camera, after closing your camera tablet, then open that door again. This is how you can deal with him.
How come? I've tried it and if I remember correctly, Freddy never able to come into my room if I shutdown my right door as soon as I see him on the CAM 4B. Also do you know if you seen any animatronic on the camera, it will make them slow.
If you meant that opening your camera tablet/feed, you have to shut your right door before you actually check the cameras. That will make Freddy impossible to come inside.
Watching all possible cameras at the right side means it will slow down Freddy (and Chica), even the Kitchen one where you can hear his laugh or maybe the jingle because I don't remember this thing actually.
As mentioned earlier: He goes (unlike Chica and Bonney) a straight path towards you which is:
Show Stage → Dining Area → Restrooms → Kitchen → East Hall → East Hall Corner → The Office
When hes at the Kitchen you can hear his Jingle (you can even hear it without your camera).
You can probably count his laughs too to make out where he is right now since he will never walk backwards except the Hallway and the Corner, once he was at your door.
I know this by now but my problem is that freddy doesn't seem to move away once he is there.
As someone else tried to explain in a previous post, just close the right door and stop looking at Cam 4B. If you do this long enough on the monitor, Freddy will backtrack to the previous room (and you'll hear a laugh). Sadly, that's as far as he goes as he is programmed to head straight to the East Hall Corner if he goes unmonitored for too long.
Still, Freddy isn't really a problem unless you're in 4/20 mode because he's the most predictable animatronic in the game. I've found that in Night 6, you can switch between Cam 4B and Cam 1C even while the right door is open if you don't take too long to return to Cam 4B. This is because Freddy's level still isn't that high. In 4/20 mode, however, he will move into the office the moment you switch to a different camera feed while the right door is open.
