Those can happen in scripted event and random moments, so I'd say pretty much anyone who's played for more than 10 minutes saw them

I never bothered watching the twitching Bonnie/Chica on later nights, they would disrupt my focus, but by seeing Let's Plays they don't seem to trigger the hallucinations. I'm not sure of all that triggers them, but yes, Golden Freddy's apparition is one of them.

Yes, by looking at the GF poster you'll hear a little girl's laugh. That means he's in the room with you. If you put down the camera you'll see him and right after that a series of hallucinations. You know the rest.

...... No need, pressing ESC does the same thing, and it's easier and simpler than pressing two keys at once
