Its a program called, "TexMod" You basically, find the texture you want to replace, Extract, edit, and put back.

Welp. Time to turn foxy into Sonic and bonnie into a chicken. Id like to see a mod that makes bonnie look like chica, and chica is bonnie. Freddy is foxy, Foxy is freddy and golden freddy is....Golden Freddy I guess. that would be cool. anyway, HOW 2 MOD
