Some people think Bonnie sings that song. But if you look at the game's files, there is one called "PirateSong.wav" and it's the exact "Dum dum dum" you hear. Pretty hard evidence that Foxy is the one making the noise, and aslo supports the theory that Foxy is male because the song is sung in such a male-like voice

I used to believe it was Bonnie like T-Duke716, but in the game files its PirateSong.wav Why does Foxy make this noise, we do not know, but it could be broken music player,
Foxy used to be a pirate entertainer and its called Pirate cove, but then incident 87 came and was put to rest with a out of order sign. Maybe there was music and sounds and the "Dum dum dum" sound is a broken sound/music of a peformance!
