Why is it spelled "Pizzaria" instead of "pizzeria"?
This spelling confused me when I read the posters in Five Nights at Freddy's 1. It seems that, in their universe, it's spelled that way for some reason.

I don't think it's lore significant, I believe I've seen real life locations that make the same mistake

The newspaper reporter made a typo in-universe. They do this all the time irl.
