I'd like to buy all the games excluding help wanted and security breach so just 1-sl, so do they ever go on sale? Or is this the set price forever

No, the games never go on sale because Scott does not care about Steam sales or he thinks they are already cheap enough?
There was a bundle on Steam a few years ago that contained 1-SL it got removed.

idk if you already have them but pizzeria simulator and ultimate custom night would fit under the category of "all fnaf games excluding help wanted and security breach" and they are free
