Probably E, like the guy above me said.

But, just a warning, this game has freaky things like hallucinations of you stuffed into a suit, the animatronics staring at you with souless eyes through the cameras, and they also twitch and moan if they're close to your office in the later nights.

Basically, it's pretty scary, but not inappropriate for 8 year olds to play. Unless seeing eyeballs popping out of the suit on game over screen counts.

I think it would qualify more for a "T" (teens and adults) rating. ("E" is generally reserved for games like Super Mario Brothers that have "cartoon violence" and "comic mischief" at best.) But as Scott himself said, it's very "clean" horror. There's no cursing and very little gore and I'm fine with my 6-year-old playing it.

I'm not sure, are you asking because you want to know if it's okay to let a child play the game? I guess it depends on the child. There are some scary elements to the game and if it causes your child to lose sleep or otherwise become fearful, then wait a few months before letting him/her try the game again.

if the esrb rated this it would probably be "T" because the eyes on the game over screen would count as gore; the esrb doesn't take scariness into consideration as it is subjective: if a game has blood then that is a fact, but if it is scary then that is an opinion; since some people find the game scary but others don't, they would not take scariness into consideration; fnaf 3 would definitely get a T because purple guy bleeds when he is crushed in the suit, and the esrb has a rule that any game with blood in it gets at least a T.

No offense, but...really? This thread and another related one on this forum (entitled "Is this game okay for a 7 year old to play?") contain some really well-thought-out and mature answers.

Your recent reply to another discussion thread? "Gay." It's in your post history.

well this are the contens :

-dark\disturbing elements , like everything in that pizzeria : deathscreen , posters , head glitch ecc...
-gore \ violence , when you die
jumpscares , not adapted for who have heart problems

personally I think more than 13 years , but hey! this is a free world if kids want to play , well let them do it , afterall isn't our fault if they will have fear and nightmares , we warned them about what there is in the game .

If you're good at the game there's nothing scary about it.
