Don't check on Foxy too much. Ignoring him can activate him, and watching him too much can also trigger his sprint. Watching him too much also wastes power, on top of what he saps if you door him.
Make sure you note Freddy's location every once and a while. I recommend reading up on how his AI works from the wiki, since he can be a bit fickle in the later days. It's good to look at him though, since he can move two rooms at a time and does actually stop for a while after he's been caught on cam. (I believe that was his AI pattern? I'm a bit fuzzy right now so if someone wants to correct me go ahead.)
Learn to read the bots by audio cues rather than depending on the cameras. Look out for sounds like Freddy's laugh when he moves, Bonnie's song, Chica or Freddy moving around in the kitchen, etc. You'll conserve more power if you can read their locations by sound.
Just a note, if you play perfectly you can still be screwed over if the game's RNG is just being a prick. I've gotten bunk games where Chica and Bonnie simply sap too much power by the doors or Foxy is triggered with only a few looks. Just keep trying, eventually you will get it down.
Left Light > Right Light > Open Camera > SHIFT > Close Camera > Repeat
I only look at Pirate Cove and Show Stage in the camera, but only select one at a time. It'll go like this: First cycle I select Pirate Cove then close the camera. Second cycle I select Show Stage then close the camera. Third cycle I select Pirate cove then close the camera, and so on.You see, I'm only shifting the camera once each time I look at it. This method has prevented both Foxy and Freddy from leaving their start locations for nights 4, 5, and 6 for me.
