How to get into the Game's files?

Seeing that the game is merely a tiny .exe, does anyone what program should be used to get into the game's file? It would be awesome to get into all the nice audio files and imagery.

I really want the halloween textures, but the FNAF 4 Textures in there doesn't include Halloween textures yet.
