So check the Pirates Cove at least once in 5-10 seconds and you should be fine.
Funnily enough, the game caught onto what I was doing and sent freddy on my rightside. He uses the same path as the duck. I was making excellent time too. The game doesn't want to lose.
It seems to be randomized or dynamic in what the AI wants to do, so some games are impossible to win. For example I got duck and bunny in blindspots 4 times, forcing me to keep the doors closed for TOO LONG, making the game unwinnable for that round. Other times they were pretty docile for a long period.
It seems that there is alot of luck involved in surviving the night because checking the cam too much will get you killed.
