Sparky the Dog.

Remember how there's only 4 anatromics?It turns out there's a hidden one(not golden freddy)and its a dog.I'm not entirly sure if this real or not,but it looks kinda real.

It's fake. A member of the wiki has gone through the games files, and there is no Sparky the Dog.

No dice, Sparky does not and will not exist in either of the published FNaF games, though 3 may include him as a little fandom nod or something.
